One minute you are getting your labs drawn, next Dr Google confirms you have something wrong with hormones. Your search leads you to cut carbs, try keto, try anything to lose weight. But then you miss out on baking cookies with your friends out of fear you will binge them when you are alone. In the end you feel isolated in your health, frustrated with your body and blaming yourself for ever getting to this place.

Welcome to Holistic Health Circle

A unique group coaching experience for women with insulin resistance and PCOS. This is the first ever group experience supported by your health insurance to get you living your dreamy life with a blend of education, knowledge, flexibility, and tangible action you need finally make progress in your health, discussion to shift your mindset around your body and health surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded women to further your healing one month at a time.

MONTH 1: MINDSET

Before we jump into ‘nutrition hacks’ to balance your hormones we have to address your fears you have in your health and how it is impacting the way you honor your body.

Often times when we lead our choices with fear we sacrifice being in the moment at girls night, flexibility to make it through the holidays without having to restrict come January 1st, and consistent habits that will lead to preventing diabetes for LIFE.

MONTH 2: EMOTIONAL EATING

Now that we have our mindset in the right direction it is time to understand how our emotions can impact our food choices and blood sugar management.

This month we will ensure that between the stress of work, getting to the gym and having a social life you know exactly how to create boundaries around food as a coping tool, actually stop eating when you feel full, and feel satisfied without having to reach for 2nd and 3rds.

MONTH 3: NUTRITION REFINEMENT

Time to get to the details!

As we know nutrition plays a HUGE part in supporting our health. Here is where focus on adding to our diet to become masters at nourishing ourselves!

This month we will look at how you are currently nourishing your body and make subtle adjustments that make it easy to balance your blood sugars, support each system of your body, and not have to worry about your next annual lab draw.

Plus all the fun little hacks you can do to push your nutrition to the next level.

With new topics each month ranging from gut health, thyroid support, the environment around us, and SO MUCH MORE!

Emily is a registered dietitian who supports women in improving their hormone balance through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. Through her personal experience reversing Pre-diabetes and overcoming a restrictive diet mindset, plus 7+ years of education and experience she thrives on helping others get to the root cause of their pre-diabetes and hormonal symptoms without cutting out pizza dates or stressing about hitting the right macros.
